Locust, Locusta migratoria.

I've been after a picky of one of these flighty creatures for a couple of years now.
We fortunately don't get them in the plague proportions of some country's.
This one buzzed me then led me on a merry chase down a clay bank,stopping only long enough to let me catch up !
The final image is as much about tactility as it is about a portrait of this beastie.
